We built MISFIT around one thing — quality you can feel. That's why we offer something most brands won't: a 100-day return window. If it's not right, we'll take it back. No pressure, no runaround.
Return Window You have 100 days from the date your order arrives to request a return.
Return Conditions To be eligible, the item must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered with original tags still attached. Every return is reviewed by our team before approval — we'll let you know quickly whether your item qualifies. In special cases, we may accept returns even without tags. When in doubt, just reach out.
Quality Defects We stand behind what we make. If threads are loosening, the print is peeling, or something else has gone wrong through no fault of your own — that's on us. Reach out to customer service and we'll assess the situation and make it right.
How to Start a Return Contact us at returns@wearmisfit.com. Our team will review your request and get back to you with next steps. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. Request a return first — once approved, place a new order for the size or item you need.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the outcome. If approved, refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take additional time to process.
